Job Summary:

A Rental Sales Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting rental services and branch offerings. This role involves handling rental agreements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the cleanliness and professionalism of the rental area to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

● Encode and report daily sales updates accurately and promptly.

● Maintain precise filing and encoding of rental agreements and related documents.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
● Education:
○ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in sales, customer service, or business is a plus).

● Experience:
○ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or car rental services is preferred.
○ Familiarity with vehicle models, features, and rental policies is an advantage.

● Skills and Competencies:
