Job Summary  The Management Trainee – Operations & Business Development is a developmental role designed to build the next generation of branch leaders for Exclusive Cars International Holdings Inc. (Hertz, Thrifty, and Dollar Car Rentals Philippine Operations). The trainee will rotate across key operational functions including fleet management, customer service, sales, and branch administration, gaining hands-on exposure to the full scope of car rental branch operations at one of the country's highest-traffic locations. The role is expected to contribute to revenue growth, service excellence, and business development initiatives while progressing toward a supervisory position. Key Responsibilities ● Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations at Cebu Airport, including vehicle check-in/check-out, rental processing, and fleet readiness. ● Support the Branch Supervisor in achieving revenue, utilization, and compliance targets. ● Identify and develop business development opportunities including corporate accounts, travel agency tie-ups, and airport concession partnerships. ● Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints with a focus on resolution, retention, and brand loyalty. ● Monitor vehicle availability, turnaround time, and maintenance scheduling in coordination with the Fleet team. ● Assist in cash handling, billing accuracy, and documentation compliance in line with Finance standards. ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports as directed by the Branch Supervisor or General Manager. ● Participate in branch audits, QC inspections, and PMS compliance activities. ● Complete structured learning modules and rotation assignments as part of the Management Trainee program. ● Uphold and promote the company's vision of being the national leader in private mobility, emphasizing safety, customer convenience, and employee growth. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. ● Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply; exposure to car rental, automotive, travel, or service industries is an advantage. ● Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. ● Driven, results-oriented, and eager to grow into a leadership role. ● Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with rental management systems is a plus. ● Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by airport operations. ● Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cebu.

Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repair of motorcycles to ensure safe and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities ● Perform preventive maintenance and general mechanical repairs on a variety of motorcycles. ● Inspect motorcycles for issues and identify necessary repairs ● Follow manufacturer and company repair standards ● Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner ● Maintain a clean and safe work area ● Conduct on-site motorcycle inspections and PMS during branch visits, caravan PMS activities, or scheduled fleet programs within the Luzon Area. ● Perform Roadside Assistance Job Requirements ● Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an motorcycle technician ● Experience in maintaining and repairing various motorcycles makes and models ● Must hold a valid NCI certification ● Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently ● Knowledgeable and capable of driving 4-wheel vehicles (valid driver’s license preferred) ● Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of motorcycle systems ● Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues accurately ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Ability to communicate effectively with customers

This role involves handling rental agreements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the cleanliness and professionalism of the rental area to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service Excellence ● Provide top-tier service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. 2. Sales Promotion ● Actively promote rental services and branch-specific offers to boost revenue. 3. Area Maintenance ● Ensure the rental area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. 4. Sales Reporting ● Encode and report daily sales updates accurately and promptly. 5. Document Management ● Maintain precise filing and encoding of rental agreements and related documents. Job Requirements Qualifications ● Education: ○ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in sales, customer service, or business is a plus). ● Experience: ○ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or car rental services is preferred. ○ Familiarity with vehicle models, features, and rental policies is an advantage. ● Skills and Competencies: ○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. ○ Proven sales and upselling abilities to meet revenue targets. ○ Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and complaints effectively. ○ Basic math skills and proficiency in handling transactions. ○ Computer literacy, including experience with reservation software or CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties

• Safely transport employees, executives, clients, and guests to and from designated locations.

• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items as directed.

• Operate vehicles in compliance with all local traffic laws and regulations.

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.

• Ensure vehicles are clean (interior and exterior) and in excellent running condition.

• Schedule regular maintenance and servicing appointments.

• Monitor fuel levels and record mileage and fuel usage.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate trip logs and vehicle reports (e.g., mileage, fuel consumption, destinations).

• Assist with minor office or logistical tasks as required by the admin team.

• Coordinate closely with Admin or Fleet Officer for route planning and schedules.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Proven driving experience (at least 2-3 years preferred in a corporate or logistics environment).

• Valid professional driver’s license (with restriction codes appropriate for company vehicles).

• Good knowledge of city routes, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.

• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic mechanical checks.
